garbage product, garbage brand!

Well it's not good, the PVR function is not working!!! Poor manual instructions, can't find them on the manufacturer's website. the receiver stuck to the screen, thought I had to throw it away. Fortunately, I was able to revive it with a null cable modem by following the steps I found on the forum. Rating dropped to 2 stars!!! This receiver is weak, freezes constantly, loses settings. Sorry, no help. The 9100 seems to be the best choice, though it should be a smart replacement. Update: I would give it zero stars if I could. PVR not working keeps freezing. As usual, iLink has discontinued support for this product without updating the firmware. I will never buy this brand again. I won't buy it for nothing... cheap product, garbage company.
