Side: exterior view. I took it out of the box and was impressed. I placed it on a frame stand and placed it in our closet and was completely blown away by the cleanliness and style. Setup: was quick, connected to wifi right away, updated firmware and off you go. Movies. My multimedia computer is connected to it, I have more than 400 HD movies, I have played at least 10 movies. At first I took it easy, TRON with auto action is simple, clean and realistic. I don't know how you get back to normal vision. Then I tried 3D and fired up How to Train Your Dragon and it was so crisp and clear and I had such good depth perception I was completely blown away. Color: I have a 42 inch Panasonic Plasma TV and this Samsung LED kills it, it has the best color and clarity without a second thought. Voice. Very clean and very powerful, but lacks the bass expected for its finesse, but sounds good enough to fill a 15x15 room. Cons: Stop: it moves, it's a nickname, but I wish at least the front part was shorter so it doesn't fall off the screen. Automatic movement stutter. I like it but if you stream it stutters every 20 seconds. Or if you don't have a clear connection, I didn't, went and bought a Netgear Powerline 500av and that solved the problem. I don't know what a powerline is, ethernet is a way to extend your connection to any room in your house with a powerline, my tv is downstairs, even if the tv is set up with wi -fi, it wasn't loud enough, even my wireless n router crash gets 1080p, probably due to interference. I like automatic movement, that's why I bought this TV. Lanterns. A term used to describe LED light leaking around the corners of the screen in really black scenes, it's not bad, but it's there. Smart Hub\Share All. There's still a long way to go, it's still messy, it costs a lot of money, and the whole exchange is a pain, you connect to a computer and stream from there, because not all actions read not MKV, and MP4 is a problem. It uses a folder structure and confusion instead of directly linking to it. Music and pictures work well. Currently, not all stocks are flexible and easy to adjust. The TV has some tweaks in its firmware to make it multimedia like most TVs try to do, and there are issues with the LED lighting, but the very minor ones seem normal. It's an LED TV and its main purpose is to watch movies and videos and I have a very good plasma and I've seen the Amazon showroom (aka Best Buy) and all kinds of LEDs and even the own 8000 series from Samsung. and I'm still in the mood. Bottom line, I'm going to buy a 55" 6500 to go to my media room soon, get this LED, you'll love it.

I bought this TV on Amazon a week ago and I still love it so much. This is my third LCD flat screen in as many years as it has been on the market. Much better than when I bought it 2 years ago. The photo is beautiful, extreme even. Some people who watch with me say it looks very real, not like TV, and shows details you shouldn't see. I don't see it as a negative. The variety of smart TV options is quite good and extensive, including Samsung apps, but unfortunately not Amazon, which prompted me to downgrade the rating to 4 stars. Setting up and using apps and other features isn't as intuitive as it could be, which probably brings the rating down to 4.5 stars. Many apps, like Apple's iPod, require a purchase, while others claim to be free, but once connected you pay a fee. The caveat is that I still have to connect to a 3D source or buy glasses. Therefore, I cannot review this aspect of television. A 2D image is very three-dimensional because you get the illusion of depth through the quality of the image and you don't need to use glasses. I will be playing 3D soon and hope to revise this review to include this aspect. But if you want a great picture in the bedroom, it's bright, contrasty, and exceptionally clear. It's bright enough, and those with light source issues may want to consider a less reflective TV to keep light from bouncing off the screen. I bought it after it came out and the price went down today. I'm sure Amazon, which has always treated me better than other retailers, will honor the price reduction guarantee. I will try again to continue this review and let everyone know how this price guarantee works for me. Additional Information: Amazon informed me that they are refunding the difference between the price I paid and the current low Amazon price. I'm so glad Amazon goes above and beyond what any other retailer does

Great TV. I was a little hesitant to buy it due to the lack of reviews, but I'm very satisfied. This is the original Samsung 3D model from 2011, but the only thing that stands out is the price. I'm not sure you can get a better deal on a 55 inch 3D LED TV. Side: looks amazing, 0.5 inch bezels make it look great. Wi-Fi is built in, so there's no need to spend an extra $60 on adapters. To customize many image settings. There really isn't much to do, which can be a burden for people with OCD :)
