I bought the LN46C650 3 weeks ago ($ 1167 via Amazon) and I really like it. I wasn't sure what added value Internet TV would bring, but after a few weeks of use, I'm very happy that I chose this model over non-Internet models. I haven't tried all the features yet, so this review is based on using the normal features. Shipping. Delivery of the white glove was fantastic (on time, no damage done), but again, it would be hard to go wrong with positioning moving 15 feet in the inning. They did a great job though. PROT. - Pandora rocks. Streaming music on TV is my favorite online feature. I don't have a large stereo system and FM reception is spotty, so this is a very welcome feature. The sound is excellent. I know some people say the Samsung's volume isn't up to Sony's standards, and that may be true, but how often do you turn the volume up to, say, 20? The room we put it in is relatively small (15x20), so it fits us well. The YouTube, Vudo, Yahoo, Associated Press, Weather and Flickr channels are great. You can download movies from Netflix and Blockbuster, but I'm not sure they're better (cheaper) than most cable services. I think if you don't have the cable it will be fine. I have an AT&T U-Verse and the SD image is great when tuned to non-HD channels. HD is excellent. The car is great, but for sport only, IMO. We turn it off for normal programming because with HD and Automotion on, the scenes look a little cheap (maybe too real?). It's like I'm in a room I don't like. It's probably just personal preference. The TV itself looks good and I think the lack of red is a good thing. The picture controls seem more than adequate for any preference, even if I'm not an audiovisual guru. allows you to access music, photos and videos stored on networked computers through your TV (after downloading / installing Samsung software on your computer). Everything went smoothly and the setup was intuitive. Plug-N-Play media found on a flash drive also work very well. CONS: I can't name the main ones, but I'll list some initial thoughts ... - AnyNet + seems ahead of its time (as far as I know for using all Samsung devices), that's all I have. If anyone has any questions, I'll try to answer them. Overall I have to give this TV a 5. The ability to use an Internet connection seems enormous. UPDATE: 4 months later and we still love this TV. There are no problems. There are some new apps from Samsung that I would like to mention ... - The Google Maps app can get direct traffic just like the web version. However, getting error data is difficult. - More new apps (but haven't tried them yet): Napster, Hulu Plus, Facebook, CinemaNow ?, DailyMotion?

I only have a few hours of TV, but I only have good things to say. The image quality is excellent, the box was immaculate and it was very easy to install. The delivery guy even helped me attach it to the stand, which I don't think was necessary. I like the menu system. it is attractive, intuitive and well organized. There are a few things that bothered me after reading reviews of other Samsung LCD TVs, but I haven't encountered any problems with them; - The remote control is not demanding. You can point it in any direction, even backwards, and it works great. While you can't confuse TV sound with a good stereo system, I'm very happy with it. I only took it to 15 out of 100 and that too is noisy in a quiet house. Since it measures linearly, I can't imagine turning it completely. Some people have complained about the system Samsung uses to dynamically adjust the backlight for deeper blacks and that the system is really annoying. This TV doesn't use it, or it's annoying, or maybe I don't know what to worry about :) - One guy confused his TV stand. I think he might be incompetent. I admit, when I looked at the TV and support, I wasn't sure at first how they fit. When I found a bracket to connect the two (good, but with redundant instructions) it became clear: I'm not a huge fan of the tactile color industry, but most of the time it's not even visible. The image quality is so good that I even watched (a few) pre-recorded commercials, admiring the shots of nature and the sleek cars. The renewed interest in advertising risks fading over time. :) I will come back and update if I find any problems. UPDATE (5 months). I still love TV and, predictably, I skip commercials again. As for the sensitivity of the remote, I think the TV sensor is on the bottom right. At one point the Wii was sitting partially blocking that corner and the remote seemed to get more difficult. (Of course, the solution is to keep that part of the TV stand clean.) If you have a laptop, the Internet connection might not be worth it; instead look at the price of the LN46C630 which is practically the same without the main connector. Sometimes it's useful, but it's hard to access it with the remote, not all YouTube videos work (it's a licensing issue, it's not the TV's fault) and I can't open my Picasa account even though I went through the registration process . Your account. . Since connecting to a PC is so simple, I quickly lose patience with an integrated system. I have to try Pandora; I noticed that another reviewer liked it. I still love TV because it's as good as a TV and I don't need it to function as a computer when there are four of them in the house. How about Auto Motion Plus? at first I noticed that everything seemed a bit strange and fluid; The best description I have is that everything has been serialized. Eventually I decided I hated it and turned it off. From what I understand, this is a way to interpolate frames when the input is slower than 120Hz. Sounds like a good idea to me, I just couldn't get used to it. If I can watch the series, I'll be interested to see how much more soapy it can get with Auto Motion Plus. Also, do yourself a favor and buy a ~ $ 5 HDMI cable online so you don't get stuck with $ 50- $ 100 cables they do EXACTLY THE SAME THING. Keep the cables short and use as few connectors as possible and you should be fine.

I've only had the TV for a few days, but it's a really nice set. The image is beautiful and the black reproduction is really good. Internet widgets are extremely easy to use and truly plug and play; no additional configuration is required. This package includes Netflix and Pandora, although they are not listed above. One thing to keep in mind when purchasing this set is that the DVI audio input and output jacks are stereo headphone jacks, not the red and white RCAs that are usually present. This led to some problems finding the correct converter box when setting up the TV. The screen is also bright. Personally it doesn't bother me much, but if the screen is dark and the room is bright, you can see the reflection of the wall behind you. Again, it doesn't matter to me.
