I'm in tech and hope pico projectors will be cheaper. I never expected this quality and features to sell for less than $300.00. I looked at 3M and a few others, but nothing compares to the 20 lumen switch panel on this Pico projector. I got mine about 3 weeks ago and have been using it constantly. Everyone who sees it says, "I have one of those." I like that it comes complete with the necessary cables to connect the laptop. With other units, it's an accessory as well as a case. I bought a set of IPOD connectors to be able to connect my Iphone. Looks great with video on my Iphone. Please note that the optional battery included with the Ipod/Iphone connector is for the PK101/102 projector and is not compatible with the PK201. So it's basically an eBay battery. I don't like Arcsoft multimedia software. I tried converting the video in the PK201 profile settings in Arcsoft only to have it not work on the disc. If I convert the same file using Arcsoft's PK101 profile (lowest video speed), the file will play in PK201. I have an open support issue, but this is really an Arcsoft issue. I fixed it anyway by using other software to do the job. Long story short, I did a lot of research on Pico projectors, by far the best because of their brightness, input capabilities, resolution, and ability to play content themselves (built-in media player). These were some of the most important things to me when looking for a Pico projector. I also mentioned that it uses Micro SD, so you can have up to 16GB of storage. It's nice to remove this unit without having to connect cables and play movies or project PowerPoint. I have never written a review before and I hope this helps you in choosing a Pico Proejctor. This little projector is fun in the dark. Being able to pop in an SD card and have it work is great. You will also need a piece of sheet music to play the slide. Unfortunately, it's not bright enough to use in a darker room. If you plan to use it outside, where you may not have a completely dark room, or if you need to use it in conjunction with writing materials, then this projector is not for you.

I have had the PK201 for about 3 weeks. 4 1/2 stars. The brightness is much better. I love being able to connect almost anything to the PK201. Hopefully the rest of the cables/adapters will be available soon. Poor battery life, about an hour. But mostly I stay connected all the time. I wish the screen was a little bigger. Light weight 70" with good sharpness. Much better focus wheel, not as weak as the previous model. Ideal for travel and hotel rooms. Even in low ambient light you can see the image clearly. Better in total darkness.* ** * Update ** ** After using it for a long time, I noticed a few things compared to other PK models. First, the projection screen of the 201 has a small mark on the wall The whole screen stays blurry no matter what 101 has better Get the PK301 I was so impressed with this model that I bought it myself.
