Fantastic picture quality! Easy to install and use. Shipping was great, before leaving they unpacked the TV and made sure it worked. My only complaint is that I spent all night wondering why all my shows were soap operas. This appears to be related to Samsung's "Auto Motion Plus" feature, which adds extra calculated frames to the video stream. By turning it off, the image looks like I expected (i.e. the correct camera movement from Law & Order when the detectives are outside). When this mode is turned off, the TV is still running at 240Hz, but instead of trying to "fix" something between frames, it displays the same frames over and over again, unchanged, like in a movie theater. Now I turn on Auto Motion Plus only when I watch hockey.

This will not be a full video review of the film; Just a warning. After buying this TV on the second day, it will pop up in the menu and try to switch to component or other mode (for example, store demo mode) or change the display setting from "normal" to "Spanish series". while we watch TV. There is a red light in the lower right corner of the screen to show that the remote is in use, and it flashes constantly when it is being operated or someone accidentally sits on the remote. Taking the batteries out of the remote, he continued. In fact, it got so bad that we couldn't do anything with the TV, even turn it off, we had to turn it off for a while. Then it won't be long. Calling Samsung, we were directed to a local TV repair shop. We explained the problem to them and they contacted Samsung. The TV was not even repaired, they wanted to order the necessary part for repair. We decided to return because of this problem and the light in the corners of the screen. To be honest, I didn't want the TV to work after the second day. The TV repair shop actually pushed us to fix it, but Amazon said they wouldn't take it back if they did something to it. So let's return it as is. We are waiting for a refund on the purchase of UN46C8000 and started looking at reviews and comments on it. Apparently other models also have this problem. So be careful. I don't know how well it worked after the refurbishment, but it seems to be a very common problem with this year's models.

I have had several Samsung products and am happy with each one. I have also read horror stories about working with Samsung support and I must say that in my case it was all a lie. I did my homework and switched between UN46C7000 and UN46C6300, for the extra money I thought the 7000 3D Blu-ray player and starter kit would be an interesting addition to the house. The day I got it fixed the TV arrived as promised, I enthusiastically packed everything including Monsters vs Aliens 3D...didn't work. I only have a faint image. Do? My first thought was to send it back to Amazon and start over. But he decided to give Samsung a chance to fix the problem. The TV worked very well in 2D but not in 3D and the picture is very clear. The Blu-Ray player (BD-C6900) is also good, expensive, but fast! The support call went well, starting with a standard card conversion tool that quickly put me in touch with tech support. He ran a few troubleshooting checks and decided it was time to visit a technician. You called the next day and got "When it suits me"! I'm a teacher, so it's not easy for me to get up and set aside a day for a regular "I'll be there from noon to 7:00" meeting. He arrived at 5:00, ran a series of tests, not unlike the one I did with the phone technician, but I think he needed to confirm previous tests. Still no 3D. He should have contacted Samsung about his findings. He came back early the next week (yes, it's still available) and found himself with a faulty IR transmitter at best and a faulty motherboard at worst. They called on Monday the following week and said the parts had been ordered and should be repaired on Thursday. The technique is back and now I have 3D. So we waited just over 4 weeks to get 3D from start to finish, but it's really impressive. Yes, I know it's a gimmick and there are some movies that support this feature, but Blu-ray and HDTV movies look great and I would recommend the UN46C7000 just because of that. If I had one wish, it would be to add built-in Wi-Fi instead of plug-ins to a USB stick, come on Samsung, I rewarded this TV! again? Yes, but I had a working 2D TV with no 3D functionality. I can give a more negative review if the TV looks completely broken. Yes, and on the advice of the technician, I extended the warranty by 2 years just in case.
