This is my first shelf purchase and I am very happy so far. It took me about 30-45 minutes to install. All signs are in good condition and instructions are clear. It's not included in the product description, but comes with a set of screws to hold your device and cables onto the stand. The packaging was also very good. After that I have a bunch of plastic wrap left, but for now I have a Dell PowerJ R410 server mounted on skid rails. I have (2) 2TB (2) 500GB drives (4 drives total), which means it's pretty heavy. I felt the rack was a bit unbalanced when I pushed it, but you can adjust the depth of the rack and move the rails to match the weight of the server. I have the switch, power supply and patch panel installed and it looks great. I can wait for the company to load the expansion materials. I will definitely buy another one if I need to. For the price, this is the best buy in my opinion...

The first hardware rack. Very complex; It can literally be bulletproof. I like the tags that divide the shelf vertically into 1U units; Much easier than counting holes to make sure things match. They can be anywhere from 22 to 38 inches deep (and can be adjusted after assembly, though I recommend testing them with the machine); Changes are also highlighted to make it easier to align the different parts that need to be changed.

This shelf arrived in 2 days from Amazon via FedEx. I was very impressed with the speed of delivery. The rack is not too heavy. I can pick it up on my own without too much trouble. But as many people here have suffered, the charging box is extremely weak. The ends of the box separated during transport and the shelving poles at both ends came off. Needless to say, they did very badly. However, I was more concerned about the missing details. I didn't want to deal with Tripp Lite to get the missing parts. This wastes time and productivity. Fortunately, nothing was lost inside. I was lucky this time, but I certainly wouldn't have done it any other time. Apart from the torn box, four vertical bars were also bent. This may be due to reduced shipping time. I had to bend their arms. It takes about 30 minutes to fully align again I think Trip Lite needs to rethink the packaging of this product. As it stands now, it's definitely not very good. Looks good from a perspective. This is the cheapest rack I have found. It is practical and relatively easy to assemble. The depth adjustment function is useful. However, if you have the device, don't even think about setting it up.
